This is a ride OF - BY and FOR Marines! Truly taking care of our own!
The purpose of this organization is to establish and maintain the organization and scheduling of an organized cross country ride of Marines in support of Marines and their families, from three primary locations, to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota.
Three main starting points are desginated: - Marine Ride - MCRD Parris Island, South Carolina.
- Leatherneck Ride - New Orleans, Louisiana
- Devil Dog Ride - MCRD San Diego, California
Each designated starting point will have an 'established' route, with staging and stopping points and places of interest to Marines, History, Events and Sight Seeing opportunities.
There will be no fee for registering for the ride.
At present, we are seeking two Command Officers to help organize the Marine Ride and the Leatherneck Ride. LtCol. Beckwith (call sign SUMO) is the CO of the Devil Dog Ride.
We hope to be working with 'Marines.togetherweserved.com', The Semper Fi Fund and a host of others!
Addtionally, there are working, pre-production plans to film the creation of the 'The RIDE' for DVD and Television Documentary release! The Treatment for this film can be read HERE . Film coverage of each route of the three rides will be covered .

Donations for 'The RIDE' DVD Project.
Funding for filming 'The RIDE' is primarily done though donation. Donations are processed by PayPal for ease and security of donation for you, and for the ease of management for us.
Donations are made to 'WET Racing', the holding company for the project. WET Racing also sponsored the professional Audio Recording and Post Production of the 'Hey! Marine!' Cadence call, available for free download. We hope you enjoy the full length version and the motivating special ring tones! Those were fun to make as well!
We will post the 'Donated so far' totals on a weekly basis, and so far we have received;
$3,202.00 from 2 donations!
Our production budget/cost is $300,000.00. Any assistance toward that goal is greatly appreciated.
